Orders are shipped within 3-5 business days after payment is received.
Can be sooner but not guaranteed.
Processing time EXCLUDES WEEKENDS AND HOLIDAYS.
ORDERS ARE ONLY PROCESSED FOR SHIPPING DURING BUSINESS DAYS (EXCLUDING SATURDAY).
ORDERS PLACED OUTSIDE OF OUR BUSINESS DAYS WILL BEGIN PROCESSING ON THE NEXT BUSINESS DAY.
FOR EXAMPLE, IF YOU PLACE AN ORDER ON SATURDAY, PROCESSING FOR THAT ORDER WILL BEGIN ON TUESDAY.

Next Day EXPRESS shipping must be placed by 1pm. EST (WED-FRI).
ORDERS PLACED AFTER THE CUTOFF TIME WILL BEGIN PROCESSING FOR SHIPMENT ON THE NEXT BUSINESS DAY.
Time frame chosen at checkout does NOT include our processing time to ship your order.
We are not held responsible for Carrier delivery delays or incorrect shipping address that is provided by the customer.
Please verify that all of your information is correct before submitting your order.
We are NOT held responsible for lost or damage packages once they are accepted by the carrier.
Claims for lost and damage packages must be filed with the Carrier.
Additional Package Insurance can be purchased during checkout.
Placing Your Order for In Store Pick Up
- During the checkout process, select the "Pick Up" option. (Orders are typically ready to be picked up within 48 hours).
- Place your order and wait to receive a “ready to pick up” email or text (this is a separate email from your order confirmation).
- Bring your STATE ISSUED ID, credit card and order confirmation to the boutique to pick up your items.
- We will hold your items at the boutique for 7 business days after pick up notification is sent to you., if you do not make it in by then, we will cancel the order and issue you a store credit.
Picking Up Your Order:
Once you arrive at the boutique be prepared to present the following:
- Your government-issued photo ID in the same name that is on the order( Name listed in. notes for Pick Up)
- The credit card used for the purchase (which must be in your name and match your id)
- Any order/pick up changes must be submitted and approved by email only.
- Email must be from the email that is listed on the order. Please include your name and order number in the email for reference.
- Store pick up will be available for 10 calendar days from date of pick up notification. If it is not picked up, it will be returned to stock and you will receive a Store Credit for 80% of the item total.
Please note that no one other than the card holder will be able to pick up the order. If you are unable to present the credit card you used to make the purchase with a matching ID your order will be cancelled.
