 WE DO NOT offer refunds,exchanges or store credits.
Please read the listing carefully prior to making your selections.
Order cancelation request prior to shipping will incur a 30% restocking fee. NO EXCEPTIONS.
Any damage claims must be sent by email within 48 hours of delivery. For lost or damaged packages a claim must be filed with the Carrier. We do not process lost or damage package claims when package is accepted by the carrier.
Please include your name, order number and photo of damage/defective items.
